Online Registration Process

VSCA Conference 2006 is pleased that you have chosen our fast, easy Online Registration process. The Virginia School Counselor Association (VCA) is providing the online service to VSCA. You will be linked to the VCA website to register.

Through this easy process you will be able to

• register for programs,
• choose meal options and special convention items, and
• make payments through credit card, check or purchase orders.

Your login for this process will be your first name and last name without spaces: (e.g.JaneSmith)

If you have not previously obtained a personal password for the VCA member portal, you may enter with a password of: vca

• VSCA Members as well as non-members may apply online.
• VSCA Non-Members may become members in one fluid process and avoid paying the non-member additional fees. This will include the required membership in VCA as well as VSCA.
• Early Registration reduced rates available.
• Presenters, students, retirees and emeritus members may register through this process at the reduced fees.
• Online Registration costs may be paid through a secure transaction via Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) at no additional charge to you.
• Checks and Purchase Orders may be used for payment and must be postmarked by the identified deadlines, and reach VSCA prior to the Conference or registration will be invalidated.
• You may view your registrations choices online anytime after you register. Program choices may be changed until March 15.
• You may print a copy of your Conference Itenerary, for planning purposes and verification of registration for your employer.
• An automated email will follow the registration process. Please retain copies of your registration confirmation.
